How to Make Extra Spicy Beef Rendang
Ingredients:
1½ kg beef fillet
3 grab old coconut milk
2 kaffir lime leaves
1 sheet turmeric leaf
1 stalk lemongrass digeprek
2 tamarind seeds kandis
3 cm laos digeprek
salt to taste
Ground spices:
10 fresh red chilies
15 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
5 pieces of hazelnut
HOW TO MAKE A SPICY beef rendang MANTAP
Cut the fresh meat in the form of a box or according to your tastes and interesting as possible.
Boil the coconut milk and spices and enter lime leaves, turmeric leaves, lemon grass, tamarind kandis, and salt and stir constantly until milk thickens and is not broken.
